This house was previously listed with 3 different brokers for a total of 1642 days on the market with no success.  We re-listed it at the same price as the agent before us, revamped the marketing, and sold it at the full asking price of $2,480,000. 

When it closed, it set the NJMLS record for the highest residential sale price in Closter, NJ in more than 10 years.  It is also sets the NJMLS record for the all-time highest residential sale price west of Piermont Rd.

Most agents would attempt to market this home with the standard 25 (or less) photos and 1 paragraph summary on the MLS, but not us.  We feel strongly that an extraordinary home deserves extraordinary marketing.
